was used by Rodriguez claiming Montalban area.

DECREE 10139 called Philippine Torrens System Law with Original Survey Plan II-4509... approved & decreed by Judge Enrique Altava on March 14, 1913 at 9:31am.
Used as legal Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court or their official Doctrines on all Torrens System Law
like GR No. 103727 and GR No. 106496

Spanish Royal Decree 01-4 and Titulo De Propiedad 4136 was declared cancelled, terminated, and null and void, under Decree 10139 was transferred to Don Domingo De Ocampo (OCT 779) under the operation of TORRENS SYSTEM LAW of the General Land Registration Office (GLRO) of ACT no.496 (Now PD 1529) Inscribed Registered and Approved on October 23, 1911 of the Bureau of Lands.

Now under this Decree no.10139 the entire Archipelago of the Republic of the Philippines mandated to Register their land thru Torrens System Law, and Bagong Lahing Pilipino acquired this and copyrighted this Right.
