Losing interest in many things that you previously used to be greatly passionate about and interested in pursuing, is a common occurrence while on the spiritual journey, especially as you come to understand yourself and life at a deeper and deeper level.

However for many, the mind turns this into a big problem and all the energy that was freed up by letting go of many restless pursuits, now gets invested into this resistance against the loss of what you previously held in high regard.
