For this final track on our Jobim album Danny and I teamed up to play one of my original songs. The inspiration for “Saudade de Voce” came to me while I was just waking up in Denmark. I had been listening to Jobim the night before and also studying a Chopin etude. These elements came together to help shape my song and it’s a gentle trek into the landscape of Jobim. He was I’m told influenced by Chopin as well.
