Описание: The town of Ramsey has a long and proud history. Parliament Street, the main retail area of the town, has seen many changes over even the past few years. This video has a few views from the late 1980's but concentr=trates on the few years leading up to 2014. This includes the dramatic regeneration scheme in the area of the Court House which led to Costa opening a coffee shop. The days of advocates and defendants appearing in court have long since ceased, so they wont be seen gathering for refreshments like they used to.
