Required Info in the PI for LC/TT/FDD
• P/I no. & date
• Applicant’s address
• Beneficiary's address
• Beneficiary's bank details with swift code
• Beneficiary's signature & chop
• Goods description (Unit price and total price of the product, Mention,
and price of any additional service provided by the seller, Terms of sale
made using INCOTERMS 2000 (FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU, etc.)
• H.S code (Harmonized System Code)
• GSM, Width & length (for fabric only)
• Incoterms: CFR / FOB/Ex-works
• Port of shipment/ Loading
• Port of discharges/ Destination
• Country of origin
• Payment Terms (Letter of Credit, Documentary Collection, Pre-Payment,
TT, Open Account, etc.)
• Mode of shipment (sea/air /courier)
• Partial shipment (allowed / prohibited)
• Trans-shipment (allowed / prohibited)
• Third party shipment allowed except invoice & draft (if required)
• Tolerance (if required)
• Possible date of shipment
