📢 CSIR-CRRI Junior Stenographer Recruitment 2025 – Full Details 📢

Are you looking for a government stenographer job? The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has released a new notification for the recruitment of Junior Stenographers at multiple CSIR institutes in Delhi! This is a Group C (Non-Gazetted) post with an attractive salary and career growth opportunities. 🔹 Post Details: Junior Stenographer (JST202502)
✅ Total Vacancies: 32
✅ Pay Scale: ₹25,500 - ₹81,100 (Pay Level 4, 7th CPC)
✅ Qualification Required:

10+2 (Intermediate) or its equivalent

Proficiency in Stenography as per DoPT norms
✅ Age Limit: Maximum 27 years (Relaxation available as per government rules)

🔹 Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
1️⃣ Computer-Based Written Examination (Objective Type, Multiple Choice)
2️⃣ Proficiency Test in Stenography (Qualifying in nature)

🔹 Exam Pattern for Junior Stenographer
📌 Mode of Exam: OMR-Based or Computer-Based Test (CBT)
📌 Total Questions: 200
📌 Duration: 2 hours (2 hours 40 minutes for PwBD candidates)
📌 Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for every wrong answer

🔹 Stenography Skill Test
💻 Dictation: 10 minutes in English/Hindi at 80 words per minute (wpm)
⌨️ Transcription Time:

English: 50 minutes (70 minutes for PwBD)

Hindi: 65 minutes (90 minutes for PwBD)

📌 Important: The Stenography Test is qualifying in nature, and final merit will be based only on the written exam.

🔹 Tie-Breaking Criteria
If two or more candidates get the same marks, the ranking will be decided based on:
1️⃣ Fewer negative marks in the written exam
2️⃣ Older candidate (by Date of Birth)
3️⃣ Earlier completion of minimum educational qualification
4️⃣ Alphabetical order of first name

💰 SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: No Fee
✅ Payment Mode: Online via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card
