Future 6G research in Europe: The role of the 5G IA

Описание: Although we are still at the beginning of the 5G story, the first thoughts about the next generation of network technology have started. Colin Willcock, Chairman of the 5G Infrastructure Association, considers the on-going European efforts in 5G research, why we need to start considering beyond 5G and how Europe is already preparing for research in to 6G. He also outlines a new initiative to help secure European leadership in the development and deployment of next generation network technologies and services, while accelerating Europe’s industry digitization.
