XI. OLD BUSINESS
A. Adoption of Charter Amendment Resolution CAR-3-25 - Amending "Voter
Registration, Filing of Candidacy, and Elections" (Sections 21 Through 37) of the
City Charter - Public Hearing/Eligible for Action
XII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Old Town Bowie Revitalization Update - The City's consultant, Inncuvate
Community Development Partners, will provide an update on their activity in Old
Town Bowie.
B. Economic Development Discussion - Council and staff will discuss the City's
Economic Development Policy and creating a City Economic Development
Corporation. Council may authorize a contract for a consolidation of Economic
Development Policy documents - Eligible for Action
C. Budget Guidance for FY 2027 - The Finance Department will provide trend
information and major themes to City Council for the upcoming FY 2027 Budget
process.
