The Strip is home to some of the most famous resort casinos in the world like Bellagio Las Vegas, MGM Grand, Caesars Palace, and The Wynn. The Las Vegas Strip shuts down to car traffic to celebrate each New Year's Eve. The road closure is from Tropicana Ave to Spring Mountain Road. Over 400,000 are expected to attend New Year's Eve in Las Vegas. At midnight, there is a 8 minute fireworks show from the top of 9 different resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.
