And no, Parkour has nothing to do necessarily with big jumps and big kongs, and it has absolutely nothing to do with flips. Parkour is about overcoming successive obstacles and always advancing with purpose, intention, and usefulness. This video shows this and also demonstrates the base of the training method founded by David Belle. We hope you enjoy this video and are inspired by it to move and train in the original Parkour way.
