Описание: John Milikowsky describes IRS Bank Summonses. If your business is being audited, reach out to the team at Milikowsky Tax Law today: (858) 450-1040. In this video, we discuss an IRS summons of your bank records in conjunction with an IRS audit. At the beginning of the audit, IRS will issue you an IDR (Initial Document Request) containing a list of records that they need. If you don't respond to that IDR, IRS can send summonses out. IRS typically does summons your bank records, so if you don't intend to give your bank statements or if you have any questions about whether you have to produce all of your bank records, canceled checks, and deposit items, just be assured that IRS does not have to go to court to get a summons. In fact, the IRS revenue agent can issue a summons and send it to your bank, and within 30 days, they will be sent your records from the bank (if the accounts are available). #irsaudit #taxlaw #taxlawyer #taxattorney
