3 and 1/3 cup bread flour or all purpose flour (500 grams)
1/2 cup powdered milk or skimmed milk (50 grams)
2 tsp. yeast (8 grams)
1/3 cup sugar (75 grams)
1/3 cup margarine or butter (70 grams)
1 tsp. salt (6 grams)
275 ml. water ( 1 cup + 2 tbsp.)
1 and 1/2 tsp. pandan essence
optinal: green food color
coconut filling
400 grams or 2 small coconut (alangan) P15.00 each
300 grams sangkaka or 1 cup dark brown sugar
