Recipe of Creamy Veggie Pasta:
Ingredients:
Cooked Pasta (400gm)
onion (1 small size)
garlic (5-6 crushed)
tomato pure (1 cup) or 1 cup pasta sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
dry thyme and basil (1/2 tsp)
cooking cream (1 cup)
oil for cooking
Direction:
Fry onion in the oil and add garlic when onion become soft. now add tomato puree and cook until fully cooked. Now add vegetables of your choice. cook on high heat for few minutes. don't cook too much. add spices and cook for a minute and add cream. cook on high heat and add pasta. mix well and cook on low heat for few minutes. add herbs and its done. Enjoy
