Bushy parkrun full virtual Run in 25 Minutes 5 seconds

Описание: Bushy parkrun was filmed on Saturday 14 June 2025.

I upload in two formats, the first is a fairly fast version of about 8 minutes and the second one is at normal speed and depends how fast I run on the day. On average it will be between 25 and 28 minutes for the run dependant on the course and how I am on the day.

Any running shoe will suffice but trails should be considered following inclement weather as the route may be slippy or muddy.
