These little banana cakes are so moist and wonderful!
Recipe Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup sugar, 1 cup sour cream, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons softened butter, 1 1/2 -1 3/4 mashed banana(3 bananas), 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Instructions are in the video. This banana cake makes an excellent 9x13 sheet cake. Bake for 30-35 minutes for a sheet cake. This cake is amazing with vanilla or cream cheese frosting! Happy Baking!
