It’s St. Patrick’s Day but I’m save my Irish sandwich-making for International Sandwich Sunday so they get the respect they deserve on the world stage. That said, it is St. Patrick’s Day (and my half birthday - I’m 54 1/2 today!). So I asked ChatGPT to write me a recipe for a weird Irish sandwich…and to name it. And it did.
