While In GTA III, Toni only plays a short role in the game, but in GTA Liberty City Stories, Toni Cipriani plays major role. Toni commited a series of crimes in his quest to rise up in the leone crime family.

But even before that, Toni Cipriani had left Liberty City after killing some rival made man, and after years of laying low, Toni comes back to Liberty City once again and begins his life of organized crime. Toni worked mostly for his boss Salvatore leone and eliminated anyone whom his boss wanted to.

Toni's personality is very tempermental and can get easily irritated, and while irritated he can perform very violent acts, he is also quite emotionless sometimes like when he blows up the entire Fort Staunton without even caring about the consequences of destroying it. The only thing good about him is that he is very loyal to his boss and respectful towards his mother, who doesn't like her son at all.

Toni Cipriani has worked for several characters in GTA LCS and also killed several characters too. The reason why two other Crime family that ended in this game was all because of Toni.
Toni Cipriani killed prominent gang leaders like Paulie Sindacco, Massimo Torini and Kazuki Kasen. The Most Brutal Crime Toni committed was murdering and mutilating the body of Giovanni Casa just to prove that Toni is has guts of his Father.
