Graham: Both GDP & PCE "Rear View Mirror" Prints

He suggests the government shutdown impacted the figures and points to higher frequency data as a better indicator to track when it comes to inflation. Andrew says he's following the "bigger market" looking at the outsized moves in precious metals and single-stock volatility. On the rotation trade, he sees "legs to it" believing the broadening out occurring in markets might pause for a couple weeks of consolidation before moving higher.
