Описание: This is a video demonstrating all custom kits created on my Option File on Pro Evolution Soccer 4. I have gone over the entire range of unlicensed teams and recreated their kits and badges for that season as close as the game will allow without the use of mods. This of course means some kits don't look accurate due to the fact that the game is missing striped and hooped kits among it's defaults for some reason and with only 50 or so spaces for custom emblems there just wasn't enough room to do every unlicensed team, so some Ligue 1 and other teams use standard badges. I prioritised the Premier League naturally for the proper badges.
