21:58 - In our town we took steps to ensure the if there isn't a granthi at the gurdwara then the doors should be locked. Some sangat has said this is wrong because the gurdwara should be open 24 hrs a day. Is locking the gurdwara against maryada?
34:25 - The granthi is there to help the sangat but in my experience I have never received help from the granthi and never seen them speak sweetly. Should these kinds of granthi's be employed at gurdwaras?
