Nihot SDi 800 windshifter and a DRS disc screen are upgrading the presorted C&I material into an improved RDF and biomass fraction.
Input: 20th at 350kg m3 (C&I after sorting and water bath)
DRS unders (0-70mm): ready RDF – no need for shredding
DRS overs (70-250 mm) is input material to the SDi windshifter
Nihot heavy material: clean biomass – ready to be mixed with waste wood material
Nihot light material: high calorific value materials – going to RDF shredder, increases energy value of the produced RDF
