Pattern work time. Here's an idea for a basic pattern that incorporates a turnaround box and cones. The idea of this drill is for the writer to get comfortable making short turns and complete turns and be able to control the horses movement as well as making transitions from a walk to a trot, stopping, and backing.
let me know if you've tried it or have more variations to the pattern.
