now way its here rise of kingdoms event, in this video I spent 50k gems for this commander Richard I. This is actually our first ROK video, this Richard event is the Wheel Of Fortune event. This was my first wheel event July 2021, if you guys want a solid commander then make sure you do the Richard I event. You can't go wrong with getting you hand on a legendary commander like Richard.
