This friend from the United States of America self diagnosed his recurrence after varicocele embolisation. He had visible and palpable veins which were said to be normal in his evaluation with scrotal Doppler device. The problem was the false negative result of the Doppler investigation as it was performed in lying down position. But this friend insisted for the diagnosis and find out the persisting veins.
