Описание: This is a 3D Printed 3 Phase motor. The motor has a 2 pole (diametrically magnetized) cylindrical magnet and 3 coils representing phase A, B and C. Each phase is made up of roughly 75 turns of 28 AWG magnet wire. The stator is printed as a hollow shell. The stator is filled with iron particles and JB Weld Epoxy (mixed uniformly together) to increase the permeability of the stator. This results in a 4 to 5 increase in the torque constant when compared to a stator without the fill material. The motor is supplied by a 12 V car battery charger. The motor is driven by a RC car VESC. A throttle is used to control the speed.
