Large Voter Turn Out Recorded In Rivers Re-run Polls

Описание: Polls have opened in Rivers State, south-south Nigeria, in the re-run legislative elections.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is conducting legislative election across three senatorial districts, eight federal constituencies and 10 state constituencies.

There are reports of a large turnout of voters in areas like Eleme and Gokana although some PDP agents claimed they could not gain access to their designated polling centres.
