Day 16 of my weight loss challenge! 💪
Today weight 50.30 kg – little progress but very happy 😍
What I ate today: watermelon, eggs, brown rice, green gram curry, broccoli, curd, pineapple & chapathi.
Evening workout + 11k steps completed 🚶♀️
Winter slowly reducing and sweating has started, so I drank 3 litres water today to stay hydrated 😊
Realistic weight loss journey… healthy habits, balanced diet & consistency only ❤️
