Описание: The content of this meeting between a Member, Treasurer, and Director of an HOA prompted the member to run for the Board of Directors. It started because the Board disclosed an intent to amend 27 of about 28 Articles in the Bylaws nine days before the annual meeting. The member created a document describing the difference between the current Bylaws and the proposed Bylaws. The Treasurer/Secretary refused to email the information to the membership but asked the member for this meeting to talk about the document. The 2021 Board of Directors violated laws and the governing documents throughout the year. The board voted to not publish the minutes of their meetings. The community is made up of three communities with three separate subdivisions. Each subdivision has its own CC&R controlled by one Association. The Bylaws only refer to one of the CC&Rs. The member became a board director and let the membership know precisely what has been happening.
