Описание: At 23, Melanie Menkes was put in charge of a multi-million-dollar business – and made more than a few rookie mistakes. In her early thirties, she stepped into her first C-level role. In this honest and humorous talk, she shares three simple principles that make leadership far less complicated than we tend to make it, and far more human: authenticity, passion, and kindness. Melanie Menkes began her professional journey in a variety of Marketing and Sales leadership positions before becoming a Senior Marketing Manager, gaining broad experience across different industries in Latin America and Europe. For the past three years, Melanie has served as a Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer, where she leads end-to-end commercial operations and teams. More recently, she has also embraced academia as a lecturer in marketing by bringing a practical, applied perspective into the classroom.
