Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Bareilly to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for 545 development projects worth ₹2263 crore. The event, held at Bareilly College ground, included a public address where CM Yogi highlighted the state’s progress in infrastructure, employment, and cultural preservation. Key projects include the Rudravanam initiative, featuring a bronze statue of Lord Shiva, letter lighting, and a musical fountain to enhance Bareilly’s cultural identity as Nath Nagri. Additionally, ₹336 crore worth of road projects, ₹61 crore in tourism-related initiatives, and a Unani Medical College to improve healthcare access were announced. Over 6000 youths received appointment letters, and beneficiaries of welfare schemes were provided certificates and tablets. The visit also included a review meeting at the Circuit House with officials and public representatives to ensure timely project implementation, reinforcing Bareilly’s transformation into a hub of heritage and development.
