Electric motor products range from 48V generators for on-board electrification to 400V motors for direct and hybrid drives to large 800V motors; this variability creates difficult challenges to implement cost-effective manufacturing processes. There is a wide range of versions and performance classes as well as different sizes, requirements, and shapes. The solution to this problem is the new eFlexline.

Standardized interfaces are used to handle components of different sizes, while simple automation systems configure production islands to manage the relevant product requirements and wire shapes – no need for additional machines or long conversion times.
