Unlocking a Western Digtial WD60EDAZ-11U78B0 VeniceR PCB using MRT to gain access to the service areas.
During this procedure, we need to use version 2.1.7.1 of MRT to modify and generate a new unlocked ROM file and then use 2.1.7.2 of MRT to open the utility to backup the service areas and do any firmware fixes before imaging the drive. This video was made so that we can show MRT tech support the issue and we felt that there is enough useful information in it that we decided to make it public.
