The final leg of our November 2024 Japan trip is here! This was our first time flying domestically to Fukuoka, a vibrant city known for its rich history, delicious food, and modern attractions. Marvin and I spent three days exploring—visiting Fukuoka Tower, indulging in the famous Hakata Issou ramen, and shopping at various stores and pawnshops, where I scored my first Tiffany & Co. piece at an amazing price!
We also had the rare experience of visiting the very first Ichiran branch in Japan with no queue! Another highlight was stepping into EZO, Fukuoka’s immersive VR world. Of course, we couldn’t resist shopping at Don Quijote (and yes, we had to get extra luggage again!). To top it all off, we tried Fukuoka’s must-try delicacy—mentaiko!
