Here I am with a video who explain suction effective mandibular complete denture as explained by Dr Jiro Abe. These suction inhibiting factors will help you in stating the prognosis for a conventional lower complete denture. This will help in better communication with the patient as they would be prepared for a poor prognosis for the arch. This would also help in prompt planning for mandibular implant, supported over denture if needed.
