We're putting a unique spin on a classic appetizer that's perfect for your holiday gatherings. These Matcha Deviled Eggs aren't just delicious - they're a stunning conversation starter that'll have everyone asking for the recipe! Once you try these, traditional deviled eggs will never be the same.
Ingredients
— 6 medium eggs
— 3 tbsp kewpie mayo
— 2 tsp lemon juice
— 1 tsp Matcha.com matcha
— 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
— 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
— salt & pepper to taste
Directions
— Boil eggs for 10 mins, then cover and let sit for 10 more mins.
— Cool in ice water for 10 mins.
— Peel and halve eggs. Scoop yolks into a sieve, then into a bowl.
— Add mayo, lemon juice, matcha, dijon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
— Pipe filling into egg whites, garnish, and enjoy!
