Under the vision Roller Crusher Technology Redefined, we have set ourselves the task of manufacturing Roller crushers for the toughest applications. The video gives you an impression of our DRC 900 primary crushers in use in the #recycling of demolition and excavation materials. In addition to reinforced concrete pieces, the crushers also have to deal with hard natural rock such as erratic boulders.
The DRC is ideally equipped for these applications with hydraulic gap adjustment and overload protection.
To get an idea of the dimensions: The jaw opening of the crusher is 2x2m.
True to our philosophy, we crush gently at very low rotation speeds (no slow motion in the video :D) in order to obtain the highest possible proportion of valuable grain.
The crusher is not only suited for recycling applications, but also for the toughest mining and quarrying applications.
