Returning from Kemble to Lower Upham, landing on Runway 22 with the GoPro Max camera capturing in 4K 360.
After descending below 1500ft into the Southampton CTR Flying Zone on it's eastern edge, this approach runs north of Bishops Waltham at ~1250ft before descending with a left turn around the copse of trees to final at ~500ft, putting you on a short final to the runway. Nearly always a little turbulence over the trees at the end of the runway to watch out for too.
Look out for the red cones on each side of the runway shortly after landing - those are the go-around markers... if you've not touched down by that point, go around. After the markers the runway begins to slope away from you, and if you leave the go-around too late you risk not having enough height to clear the 400 ft pylons and power lines to the south of the field. It's why this approach in particular calls for a reasonable amount of accuracy with speed and altitude control, especially in crosswind and still conditions.
