At 32, with no savings and no clear direction ahead, I made a difficult but honest choice—to leave the city and return to the countryside.
Waiting there was my old home, worn down by time, partially abandoned, and in need of rebuilding from the very beginning.
With limited resources, simple tools, and a lot of determination, the renovation started from scratch.
Clearing debris, repairing old structures, reusing materials, and slowly restoring each space became part of rebuilding not just a house, but a life.
This journey is not about luxury or speed.
It’s about persistence, learning by doing, and finding peace through honest work and a slower rural life.
