✅ Bodyweight Squats – 3 sets x 12 reps
✅ Step-Ups – 3 sets x 10 reps each leg
✅ Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 3 sets x 10 reps
✅ Tricep Dips (Machine or Bench) – 3 sets x 12 reps
✅ Push-Ups – 3 sets x 10-15 reps
✅ Seated Calf Raises – 3 sets x 15 reps
