--- This is a video about the assembly of a paper model of a German WWII Tiger tank with tower number 131. This Tiger was part of the 3rd platoon of the 1st company of the 504th battalion of the Wehrmacht heavy tanks, the battalion was first used in the battles for Tunisia in 1943 year, this was the first experience of using Tiger 1 tanks against the Allies, even earlier, these tanks were used by the Germans in Russia near Leningrad in the fall of 1942. The Tiger 131 tank was damaged by a shell from the British Churchill tank under the tower, the Germans could not then rotate the turret, as it jammed, the tankers threw the 131st Tiger and left, the tank fell into the hands of the British and they carefully studied it. Now the Tiger 131 tank is in the Bovington Museum and is shown to the public, since it is still capable of driving.
