Nymph or wet fly? Dave Hughes' All-fur Hare's Ear

Описание: While the all-fur style of wet flies have been around for more than a hundred years, Dave Hughes can certainly be credited with popularizing them in the 20th century. This Hare's Ear version is equally effective when fished actively as a wet fly or dead drifted as a nymph.

Hook: #12-16 standard wet or 1x heavy
Thread: Orange
Tail: Hare's ear (guard hairs)
Body: Hare's ear dubbing (underfur with a few guard hairs)
Hackle: Squirrel body fur (in split thread or a dubbing loop)
