We set up camp next to The Lawn Club in Manchester's Spinninfields, armed with ping pong, DJs and, of course, plenty of Aperol!
Passers-by savoured Aperol Spritz cocktails in our industrial-inspired bar made from converted shipping containers, one wall adorned with the famous '3-2-1' Aperol Spritz recipe. People danced into the night, and we even witnessed a dance-off!
