The actor behind the handsome lothario is Matt McGorry, and it's not every day we get to talk to such a charming fellow. Instead of doing a standard interview, we thought (selfishly), Why not make it a date? So we did.

In today's first (and, we hope, not last) First Date with ... video, we go to one of New York's best date spots, Commerce, and ask McGorry an array of questions that might make a lesser gentleman flee: Do you have tattoos? How much do you bench? And, of course, what's your shoe size?
