I’ve co-written three short films, co-produced two of those, and written around a dozen or so short film scripts.

On today’s video, I’m continuing our series on HOW to WRITE a Star Wars short film. We’ve already covered the first page and a half of the script, and today we’re digging into pages TWO and THREE.

ACT ONE WAS ALL ABOUT SETUP.

SETTING UP THE TENSION: Two sisters who are mourning their dead father and now competing to become Master Cuthar’s apprentice.

We also setup that the two sisters are half-sisters, which we’ll explore some more here in ACT TWO.

Before we dig deeper into specifics, let’s take a look at the finished film BEFORE we jump into the script. Here’s the finished product of what was included in the portion of the script we’ll be talking about today.
