Welcome to vlogmas day 18. Today I made the BEST homemade sugar cookies. If you are looking for soft and chewy sugar cookies...try the recipe. I also did some cremi ice cream prep (mint and almond flavors). Enjoy :)
Sugar Cookies:
1 cup (2 sticks) soften salted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 cup flour
Bake at 350 (for 14 minutes)
1. mix butter
2. add sugars and salt
3. add egg and vanilla
4. add baking powder
5. add flour
6. sit dough in fridge for 5 minutes
