Описание: Hey family, this is my tour of Blue Valley Golf Estates for the second time, the first time I was on the Real South Africa's real estate tour of 2022. since then they have garnered such a following and have had two other successful tours. although I've been back and forth to South Africa several times over the last couple of years. this is the first time I revisited Blue valley estates. I have been going to properties in Johannesburg as I have in my videos. I've had good and bad that I've shown this time. a few estates came up in my feed from property 24 so I decided to reach out each out and check out these properties. the four that I actually seen none of them were move-in ready as stated, but they were beautiful properties. however, there was one that I didn't see that day that was postponed to the following week. more to come on that property. but anyway, I hope that you enjoy the video and thank you so much for watching and please do subscribe and hit the notification Bell so that you're notified when I drop a video and also it's because the work that we do in YouTube is neither free nor is our time free and subscribing is actually free family.
