The Liuchehe Grand Bridge (六车河特大桥) is advancing rapidly in Guizhou Province, China, with the latest hoisting of twin steel pipe arch segments now underway in 2026.

六车河特大桥位于贵州六盘水水城区与盘州市之间，是贵州首座双承式钢管混凝土桁架拱桥。
目前工程已进入拱肋快速吊装阶段，单节最大重量约 160 吨，桥面距峡谷底部约 409 米，施工难度极高。

This landmark project is Guizhou’s first double-span steel pipe concrete arch bridge, constructed on the Anpan Expressway, linking Shuicheng District (Liupanshui City) and Panzhou City across the Liuchehe Grand Canyon.

The current footage shows accelerated arch hoisting operations, where massive steel truss sections are lifted and aligned with millimeter-level precision under extreme canyon conditions.

Built in a complex karst mountainous environment, the Liuchehe Grand Bridge demonstrates China’s world-leading capability in high-altitude bridge construction, heavy lifting engineering, and rapid infrastructure delivery.
