This video is aimed to help your child in their swimming lessons through teaching them the correct technique to be able to perform each skill. Sometimes a 30 minute lesson once a week isn't enough to develop muscle memory. By practicing these skills in the bath or even just on a sofa your child will gain more confidence when they enter the water.

This episode may be helpful for children who haven't learned to kick before or those that dont quite have the correct technique to propel them through the water. Music and songs are also really useful for children this age to help them to remember important information.
