Описание: A great day in the saddle for both of us! We first climbed the Col du Galibier 8 years ago on our first tandem cycling adventure in the Alps. This second time did not disappoint us as we were surrounded and infused with beautiful mountain vistas, glaciers, blue skies and lots of excitement on the road. The Col du Galibier has appeared more than 60 times in the Tour de France and with good reason. It's a glorious climb from both sides. Riding out of Valloire after a good night's sleep and a great breakfast we once again found ourselves discovering new things around every corner. This ride also includes the first half of the storied Col d'Izoard. Loved it! Come along for the ride. Bicycle touring provides a soul filling adventure like nothing else and this was a great day!
