Artscape is a non-profit working with street art and urban art in the public domain. We are not bound geographically and have produced projects in 26 Swedish municipalities, including Gothenburg, Malmö and Karlstad.
Artscape’s purpose is to inspire and make art available to everyone. We believe that advertising needs competition in the cityscape and that art can be experienced outside galleries and museums.
We have created over 100 pieces of public art in Sweden together with artists from all over the world, since the beginning in 2014. In each project we invite the public to collaborate with us, allowing anyone to make a mark on their surroundings.
We believe in a future where art and culture will have a deep impact on our society, and Artscape can continue to push the boundaries for urban art within public space.
